Delete your Bible Seed account

Bible Seed is published by ASTECH SOFT SRL. You can delete your account, and everything attached to it, at any time. There are two ways, and you do not need our permission for either.

From inside the app

  1. 1.Open Bible Seed and go to My place.
  2. 2.Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. 3.Confirm when you are asked.

Your account and its content are erased straight away, on every device linked to it. This option appears once you have linked an account by email, Apple or Google.

By email, if you no longer have the app

You do not need to reinstall anything. Write to us from the email address linked to your account, with “Delete my account” as the subject. We confirm it is really you, then delete the account within 30 days — usually the same week. Use this route as well if you never linked an account and still want your data removed.

What is deleted

  • Your journal entries and reflections, and the audio of any voice notes.
  • Your daily callings and their history, your seeds and your spiritual intentions.
  • The sacred images created for you, and the yearly books woven from your year.
  • Your tradition, preferences, reminder times and your place in the Bible.
  • Your identity with us: the linked email address and any Apple or Google sign-in.
  • Every device linked to the account, together with its notification tokens.

What we are required to keep

Invoices and payment records for orders and subscriptions are kept for as long as Romanian and EU accounting law requires, currently ten years. This is not our choice (GDPR Article 17(3)(b)). Their link to your account is severed, and they hold nothing you wrote: no journal, no prayers, no reading history. The billing name and address printed on an issued invoice stay on it, because an invoice is not legally valid without them.

Your subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play — only Apple and Google can do that. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, or it will keep renewing after your account is gone.
